Good news to new pilots looking to join EVE Online. The first part of the latest expansion, Incursion, will be released Tuesday, December 30th. There's a healthy list of improvements, additions, and changes in bound.

It has been finally decided and offically acknowledged, that learning skills will be removed from EVE Online. This is excellent news for new players, as you can get into the action faster and knock out those skills that you desire most verse spending valuable time training up learning skills.
